This is going to be a very boring blog entry because there is nothing exciting about waiting in airports, but I promise that subsequent entries will be more interesting! It is hard to write an inspired blog entry when you are already tired from travel and you know that you have many many hours of travel in front of you (around 30 hours are left)!

Thanks to the extra vigilance of my mother in shopping for my trip, I am traveling with an entire suitcase with toiletries.
This is a picture of me on the plane from Pittsburgh to New York.
This is the international terminal of JFK airport. I thought that it was kind of cool looking, but I was mostly angry that I had such a long layover, and I had to carry around my luggage for hours because the Asiana Airlines check-in counter was not open when I got there.
This is me again, taking a picture of myself because I'm bored. Also, I know that my mom takes a lot of these pictures of herself, and I can't let her get better at it than me!
